Rae family in Bahamas - seeking info

Hi -
Seeking any info or connections regarding the Rae family in Nassau, Bahamas.

I am the granddaughter of Dorothy Elizabeth Rae (1907-1990), who was born and lived much of her life in Nassau. Her siblings were Jean Rae (1910-?),. Algernon Moseley Rae (1911-?), and Reginald Andrew Rae (1914-?). Her parents were Algernon Rae (ABT 1876-1912) and Harriet D. Moseley (1880 - AFT 1908).

I believe Algernon Sr.'s father may have the first initial D., and died after 1908 (possible initials D.H.C.), and D.'s father was born around 1816, likely in the Bahamas. His parents may have been British loyalists who fled the U.S. after the Revolutionary War.

Any information would be much appreciated!

Thanks very much for your help,
Rebecca Sanborn Stone
