I see that the Radtke family ended up in Canadian Oklahoma. There is also a Herman Vietzke that moved there, and had left Germany in 1899. There are also a couple of Vietzke names that I am aware of from the same place that Bertha came from, north of Stolp. Is this Radtke family also from that area?
