In the 1862 Franklin County Virginia will of Samuel Radford he listed 13 grandchildren that would receive a portion of his estate. Two of those grandchildren, Matthew Stump and Matthew Richards, are unknown to me. Can someone help me connect these grandchildren to one of his children.
