We need the name of the mother of Bert (see below); the
father was Andrew Jackson Rader, b. January 8, 1861.
A. J. 'Andy' was my husband's great great grandfather, who
also fathered Jacob Frank Rader, b. 5 Nov 1888, d. 20 Aug
1959, bur. Doty's Chapel Cemetery, Greene Co TN. We need
Frank's mother's name, too, not the same as Bert's.
Elijah Bertis L. 'Bert' Rader, b. 25 Feb 1885, d. 1961
Known at 'Bert'; referred to as a half-brother to Jacob
Frank Rader, left home at about the age of 13, about
1898. He ran a steam shovel helping build the Panama
Canal. He later worked in Hollywood CA, helping make
movie sets, and then moved to Greeneville, Greene Co TN.
m. Ethel 'Effie' Lane, b. 5 Jun 1914, d. Aft. 1954
Both are buried at Doty's Chapel Cemetery, Greene Co TN
