Master Radcliffe,

"Earl Spencer," is a title. The Earl of Spencer, denotes sovereignty within or over the entire family or location, whichever being the case. We are discussing the root of the subject, not the semantics. In other words, Earl Spences's case is an exception to the rule.

Turquois is a rather noble color, however I am not selling anything.

There are literally hundreds of Supernaws in the US. Supernaw is an American original. My gggrandfather changed it from the earlier French (Canadian), Surprenant, which means "surprising" in French. Surprenant itself was changed from the original version of Supernant, meaning one who lives over the town of Nant (France), our original hometown in the middle ages. We moved during that period from the south of France to Normandy. Being the "World's Greatest Expert," I too am knowledgeable concerning the origin of names.

"Baron" Percy
