I bought this book through Alibris. It cost £37.29 inc shipping from the US. I could have had a CD version for $10 but I preferred the book.
The book is a photocopy of the original. Text and drawing quality is very good. The quality of picture reproduction is poor but Alibris had warned of this.
I am a bit concerned about the robustness, ie lack of, of the plastic comb binding. I'll just have to be careful.
All in all a good book for Radcliffe/Radclyffe historians to have.
