Not surprised. These guys were the most litigious men in the 1700's. Their brother William was in court every other day and usually won his cases, even when he was wrong. A list of his cases is found in the Hacker's Creek Journal published by Hacker's Creek Pioneer Descendants,
P.O. Box 37, Jane Lew, West Virginia 26378. I think they are still active but the address may have changed. The post office should forward it if you think it might interest you. Past editions are probably available for a fee.
I googled Bourbon County and got very little. Maybe a trip to the LDS in Covina would be productive. Thanks for the data you sent. I can see how you arrived at your
findings.
