I have Edward Radcliffe traveling from Hardy CO VA to St Clair or Monroe CO IL 1797 in a large migration led by my ancestor Reverend David Badgley. I have Radcliffe as traveling with his children Simon, Charles, Michael, and Rachel but I have found no mention of his wife. However I do have that later in Illinois he married Mary Teter m1 Theophilus Davis m2 Edward Radcliffe. (Both Mary and Theophilus traveled to IL in the same group as Radcliffe.) Edward Radcliffe was on the Hardy CO VA tax rolls for 1787. Note for research purposes: since 1863 Hardy CO VA has been a part of West Virginia.
