Old Daniel Stephen Radcliff's wife is still unknown. His death date is unknown.
His son Daniel (probably no middle name)was married to Elizabeth Reed. He was killed by two Indians in 1784 at the age of 24. His son, also named Daniel, was born two months later in December 1784. His mother, Elizabeth
Reed remained in Hampshire County (probably) for two years and then went to Bourbon County, Kentucky with baby Daniel.
She probably lived with Benjamin or Stephen Radcliff, brothers and sons of Daniel Stephen Radcliffe.
Old Daniel Stephen Radcliff b. c1714 was the son of either James Radcliff or Richard Ratcliff (brothers despite the difference in spelling). James left Lancashire for Pennsylvania in 1785. Richard left in 1782 for Maryland.
According to my DNA and that of a Radcliff in Texas and a Ratcliff now in Chicago
