If you are a blood relative of this person or know anyone who is ,please contact me. Ms. Harriet was born in 1916,Dec. 1.Died in 1994 in Young Harris,Ga.Her first husband was Herbert Radcliff. They lived in Hiawassee, Ga. when he passed away. She then married Quincy E Townsend and lived in Young Harris Ga. where she died in 1994.I know she did not have children with Mr. Townsend. I am trying to find out if she had children with Mr. Radcliff or had siblings that would become her heirs. Time is very important. There is a lot at stake here. Time is running out.
