I'm looking for information on the above couple. I have read many posts to this forum and have succeeded in getting thoroughly confused.
Does anyone have the children of this couple? Here is what I have, but with NO documentation!
Stephen Radcliff b ? d 8 Aug 1844 m 2 Aug 1810 to
Rachel Warth b 13 Apr 1794 d 31 Oct 1872 (Jax Co OH)
Rachel d/o John Warth/Sally Fleehart
Children: Priscilla, Betsy (Elizabeth?)**, John b abt 1824, Sally, Jane, Cassandra, Ann, Amanda & Mark(found Civil War Military Record for a Mark Radcliff??), Betsy II, and John II.
**From the handwritten manuscript of John Thornton Warth "Sketches" (Translated by Donald R Warth) : " The names John and Betsy occur twice in the children of Rachel and Stephen Radcliff. The older John and Betsy were accidentally killed and the two children following were named for them."
Has anyone delved into the history of this family? I can furnish information on Rachels' Warth ancestors, but how about Stephens' Radcliff ancestors?
