Hi everyone - I am doing research on my paternal grandmother and her family. So far, I've not been able to turn up very much.
Here is what I know, so far. We knew her as 'Delia' Racicot. I've just found out that this is not really her name (don't know what it was exactly but I'm told it was 'close to' Delia). I believe she was born in Brownsburg, Quebec and then the Racicots moved to Amos, Quebec (this I know for certain). I don't have any birth date for her but it would have been approximately 1885-1890. She had some brothers (and perhaps sisters): their names were Napoleon, Elie (married to Alexina), and Treffle. There were probably other siblings as well. She married my grandfather, Honore Pomainville, in Montebello, Quebec on November 9, 1908. I have no idea what her parents' names were.
Any help you can give me (even a clue) would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
