Hi,
I have been running across the name "Sandy Race" in Pendleton County, KY. In several Documents, some land deed, Marriages and other stuff. I need to know if it is True that "Sandy Race" was really "Alexander Race". I know one of the land deeds that I have for "Sandy Race" mentions also his wife "Margaret" and "Alexander Race" was also married to a "Margaret Ashcraft". It is also interesting that the 1840 Census for Pendleton County, KY has "Sandy Race", but no "Alexander Race". Is there anyone out there that could help me with "Sandy Race"/"Alexander Race" dilemma.
