Hi Scott,
I noticed the middle name on your Great Grandfather, (Doane) Do you know who this name came from? Did they live in IL.? I have a John Doane Race born in Hudson NY. His first Son by his first wife was my gr gr grandfather, George Race born in 1840. I know John remarried and moved to IL but that is all I know. Do you have any of these names in your information?
