My great grandmother was a Rabon. Her name was Eudora (Dora) Rabon b. 25Feb1867 d. 11Aug1936 and she was from Horry County. Socastee as a matter of fact. Her father was David Rabon b. abt.1839 d. 28Nov1912 and he was married to Frances Theresa Parker. His father was William Rabon and his mothers name was Mary. If you have found, or if you find anything on these people I would greatly appreciate you sharing.
Dora had a brother with the middle name of "Scarborough" I always thought that was a strange name but evidently it has been handed down through the generations.
