I do believe that your Bush family decends from Abraham Bush of Virginia through his son John that went to Spotsvania/Orange Co., Virginia, and the brothers that went to Clark Co., Kentucky. That group married into the Berry and Quisenberry families.
From the 1860 census of Winchester District, Clark County, Kentucky:

Zach E. Bush 41 yrs. Farmer Bn:Kentucky
Mary L. Bush 39 yrs. Bn: Ky
Talitha Bush 14 yrs. Bn: Ky
Eliza S. Bush 4 yrs. Bn: Ky
William P. Bush 28 yrs. Wagoner Bn: Kentucky
Next door to Zach Bush is the household of Susan Parrish, it is a boarding house. One of the occupants is Nancy Berry, age 66 yrs. Bn: Kentucky. It is possible that she is Mary's mother.
If you use the search box in the upper left and enter the surnames of BERRY, QUISENBERRY, you will find info on some of the related family. This is not my branch of the family but many who post on this forum are from this line and may be able to give you additional information, now that you know the "neighborhood" in which to look.
