Thanks, Mary. The John C. Quirk I'm researching was the son of John and Bridget Quirk, also of Tipperary. His first wife was Catherine Dorman; second wife Ann Frances Savage Austin, who was my great-grandfather's sister. She came from County Louth. Descendants of the first wife may not even know there was a second wife.
