My great great grandfather Thomas Quirk was born abt 1804 in Cashel,Co. Tipperary Ireland. Thomas and his wife Ann Hackett and their children Catherine, Mary, Michael, James, Elizabeth and Thomas Jr. were listed in the 1850 census for the Town of Lisbon, Waukesha Co. WI. Thomas Sr. died in about 1882 in the Town of Lisbon. He was predeceased by his wife. The following is a transcription of a Dec of Intent for a Thomas Quirk found in the records of the Waukesha Co Historical Soc. I believe that this Thomas Quirk is my great great grandfather.
