Thanks Carolyn for your reply,,,im sure we have a connection of sorts here somewhere,,,i often heard my Mother speak of the Hibbs,,,not sure she had relations but more likely friends of the family....My Mother's Mother was a Mugridge from i believe Tickle Cove ,, Open Hall area,,,,and my Father was a Quinton from the Princton area i believe,,,im trying to find out more about my great grand parents,,,so if you come across anything about Quinton's or Princes...my fathers mother was a Prince ,,not sure what part of Newfoundland tho
