I don't usually work on Quintons born this late. I'd suggest getting his Social Security form to see if there is a clue on it as to where Richard was born. Just because his SSN was issued in GA doesn't necessarily mean he was born there. His SSN number is 255-260-3757. Also you might check with the funeral home responsible for burial. They may have birth location information although I've found funeral home and obit info to often be incorrect. Try getting the SSN papers first. Did he have any military service that you can follow up on?
