Catherine: Thank you so much for your response. I have only been doing this research since the first of this year, but am amazed at the info avalable. I had just learned of the Quintards In America book last week and of course was very excited, I don't know if I can recieve it from you as I don't have a computer (and am pretty much computer illiterate myself). What I have is WebTV+ and a printer. I'm sure I can have someone download (if thats what its called) it for me. I would be very grateful if you could tell me what I need to do. I will be 45 in a couple of weeks and my father is 68, I'm doing this for him as well. Trying to have everything in order by Christmas time Can you tell me who was Cyrus Beechs' father? I'f I'm correct this will give me the connection back to the Iassics' in Conn. and all the way back to the first Quintard in America. I was fortunate enough to have known my great-grandfather Chareles Claude (died about 30 yrs. ago) he would have been Cyrus Beechs' grandson. I have some things (info) I'm sure would interest you including some French stuff. I'm glad to share anything I know, please e-mail me anytime, and again it will be great if you can help me with the Quintards' In America thing!!!! Thankyou--------- MJQ
