Hello Pablo my grandmother name was Eulalia Quintanilla. She was born in Realitos, TX, USA. I never met her she passed away before i was born. My father told me that she was a spaniard. He also told me that her father was from spain dont know about her mother but i know that Eulalia was really fair skined and could pass for someone of european decent. I haven't met any other quintanilla. I have read that the quintanilla name is of sephardic origin sephardic are the jews from Iberian Peninsula. Thats all i know hoped i helped a little.
