I can't access the Ancestry.com pedigree you sent, but will send what I found, so you can look at it on Ancestry, if you don't have these census records already. I have access to Heritage Quest Online, so I looked at the records there. Of course, I can't be sure this is even Celia's birth family, but it sure appears it MIGHT be, as the parents names match what you gave. On the 1900 census her month and year of birth fit with the social security death record I sent previously....Pauline
1900 Newberry, Luce County, Michigan - Frank Quinn, 33
1910 Mackinac County, Michigan - Frank Quinn, 43
Both census records show Celia's father Frank as being born in Canada and her mother Mary being born in New York.
