Franklin County, Arkansas, Marriage Book 1 Page 190:
This is to certify that I G.C. McWilliams a minister of the Gospel of the Methodist Protestant Church did on the 29th day of April 1858 in the County of Franklin and State of Arkansas solemnize the rite of matrimony between S.H. Chism of Scott County and State aforesaid, aged forty-two years and Corinna Quin aged thirty-four years, by then and there declaring them to be husband and wife according to the form of the church of which I am a member/my credentials being recorded in the clerks office in Crawford County Arkansas.
