I am especially concerned with finding out more re. one Patrick (Patsy")Quinlan, born in about the 1830's in Upperchurch, Tipperary, Ireland.
He emmigrated to the USA (Clinton, Iowa) with his brother William. Patrik went on to serve with an Irish Brigag in the American Civil War, then later settled "out West".
