I'm not a member of this family, but I found a family photo album at an estate sale in Virginia. I currently have it listed on ebay. I'm hoping it finds its way to the right family. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions. Thanks! Cheryl
Here's the description off ebay:
This is a very rare find. This large photo album is very well-documented, with names and dates for every photo. It even comes with a family tree. I don't know why this didn't stay in the family, but I hope it finds its way back into an ancestor's home.
The album includes tintypes from the Civil War up until WWII. The individual pages and photos of the album are in very good condition, but the binding of the album is tore apart. The real value is in the documented photos -- a must-have for the family historian.
The names included in the photos are from the James Quinlan family tree. The photos include:
Hobart Moss Williams (20 years) June 30, 1861-October 20, 1932.
Olive Williams (Hobart's sister, died in Illinois).
Jane Tangallu Chandler Berrian Dayton Wiliams (May 24, 1833-June 4, 1912).
Francis Marion Williams (Oct. 24, 1830-March 29,1902).
John McCoy (Louisville, Kentucky) and Martha Watson.
Thomas Hoskins (Columbus, Ohio).
