Hi Cindy,
My Enoch Taylor was born about 1830, his wife's name was Jane Walker Taylor, they had three children, Eunice Born 1857, Willard (the one you mentioned) was born 1860 and Dollie Born 1863.
My Enoch might have been your William Henry's brother but I just do not know, I have been searching this family for quite some time.
On the 1870 Perry Co., IL census I found Jane Taylor and her 3 children, but Enoch wasn't listed, so I have been trying to find out if he died between 1863 & 1870, but am at a dead end.
If you have any more knowledge of William Henry's family maybe we can make a connection.
