Had alot of trouble getting in this site for a couple of days now... Very excited to get your message. Yes I remember your husband Clifford and Gene. My grandfather loved them like brothers. I remember them coming to visit in Florida a few times.. Clifford was always very nice to my brother Mike and me. (We were just little kids then)
I am so sorry they have passed on. I wish I could have talked to them before that. I am so hooked on this genealogy thing..
To answer your question on Grandma Eleanor.. Yes, she passed away March of 1993. My dad Larry is still living I am sure he remembers Clifford well.
You know Bud adopted my Dad when he was younger. We all took Bud's last name and dropped the "Marble" last name. I am writing a book on our family history. I have traced my dad's real bloodline on Marble. But it does not mean much as we never knew these people. It was Bud who was a Dad and Grandfather to us. And his line is so important to me to have in this book.
I will send you my address by email. So I can write you a snail mail letter. So much to say. If you will email me your address. I think I can get more done that way.
