Hi,
I realize it's been more than 3 years since this posting, but I just came across the title of this book. It is still for sale? If so, I'd be interested. I don't know how much to offer. Is it a large book, with a hardcover or a small paperback? I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
