Where do I go from here?

All I know is that my dad's (James William Quillen) parents were Franklin Benjamin Quillen and Carrie Connor(sp?) Quillen. They had several children and were fostered out to a family named Miller. My dad grew up in West Newton, PA. I never knew all of his siblings but the names I know are Everett, Daniel, Carrie, Evelyn, Louise, Virginia. My dad was born in 1907 and died in 1987. He was first married to a woman named Anne or Anna. He married my mom in 1957 or there abouts.

I've been told that my great grandmother was a blackfoot indian but that hasn't been confirmed.

What do I do now? I have no idea what the next step is but I want to learn more about my family.
