I'm your 2nd cousin, Dianna. I live in London, Kentucky. I'm sure Gerald remembers me. I spent a few days with him and his wife in Lexington back in the 70's. She was expecting a baby at the time. Could that have been you?~smiles~~
Your grandfather Chester, Jr. was brother to my mother, Nora Ethel. Our grandfather Chester's mother passed away when he was only a few weeks old so he was raised by his mother's sister and her husband, Preacher John and Mollie Quillen. He took their last name so his children were Quillen at birth also instead of Nelson. Some of them changed their names officially to Nelson in later years.
There are so many things I want to catch up on about the family.
