Hi Cindy, I have a Thomas Quillin (Quillen on some records) who married an Elizabeth. I think they were from Kentucky or maybe Tennesee. They moved down to Saint Helena Parish, Louisiana and had a son Avery Breed Quillin born in 1809. When Thomas died in 1823, there were alot of Breed men at the family meeting that was listed with the succession papers, so I assume 14 year old Avery's mother may have been a Breed. If any of this matches your info, write back. I have more on his decendents. Wanda
