Have you heard from anyone about this yet? Your posting is over a year old so you might already know the information I am about to share.
John Pierce Quillen's parents were James Alfred Quillen and Mary J. Wright. I don't know who Alfred's parents are yet but Mary's are John Wright and Harriet Kobo of Virginia.
Alfred and Mary had 10 children. Rosanna, Elizabeth, William Gentry, Rachel Frances (my GG-Grandmother), Sarah J., Nancy Ellen, Thomas Jefferson, John Pierce, Susannah W. and Rebecca S.
My information says John Pierce (and all of his siblings except Rosanna) were born in Indiana. They moved from there to Jasper Co Iowa, and then on to Furnas Co Nebraska.
