William Quillen bought BLM land in Montgomery County, Indiana in 1831. At that time he was listed as being "of Montgomery County" - so he may have lived there for a while.

Does anyone recognize this man? Was he part of the family from what was Floyd County, Kentucky which later became Letcher County?

Does anyone know of a connection of this Quillen family with a McKinney or McKenney family? Thank you for any help.
