Hi! My name is Rebecca Wilhelm (maiden name Quigley).. I posted here a few months ago and I thought I would try again! I am looking for info on my family. I have heard that they originally came from Cork, Ireland. The family later lived in Pittsburgh but moved to northwest Indiana (Gary). Any information is greatly appreciated.
My father's name: George Quigley,born: June 2, 1948
married: May 14, 1977 to Ellen LaVern Havlin
My fathers siblings: Paula Quigley- married Raymond Klein
Pamela Quigley- married Donald Gotsos
Carol Quigley (Hammonds)
Merle Quigley- married Mary (I don't know her maiden name) He is a half brother.
My fathers Parents: Merle Quigley, born: Feb. 3, 1905 in Pittsburgh, Pa
married: Myrtle Tackett, born: Feb. 11, 1925 in Gary, In
Merle's parents names are George and Jenny Quigley. Children are Merle (my grandfather), Adda Mae, James, Albert, Charles (killed in france durring WWI), Elizabeth, and Robert. They lost four children a girl Carrie and sadly the family cannot remember the other three names. Norma and Audry possibly? I do know that my great grandmother Jenny Quigley died in Childbirth with their last child and that the child died also.
