Hi. I think I'm related to the writer from Spain as well. I wanted to share a family story with you. My dad told me that the first Quevedo was from Belgium. He said that Quevedo was a Spaiish knight and fought in the war with the Moors. Later some of his descendants came to live in South Louisiana, where my family is from. My last name is a Cajun-French spelling of Quevedo.
