I am sorry that I do not know much French. I did some looking for you.
Gilbert was married three times:
Marie Legault 13 Apr 1874 St-Anicet, Huntingdon, Quebec
Angele Forget 5 Feb 1877 Embrun, Ontario
Exmirilda Robert 30 Oct 1890 Casselman, Ontario.

According to the 1901 Census, Telesphore was born 31 Jul 1884, so he would have been the son of Angele Forget.
