Quesnel family from Channel Islands, UK and probably France

I have a history of Quesnel in my family on my fathers side who probably settled from France to the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney (U.K.).

The furthest back it goes so far is Jean Quesnel Born? but whos son Nicolas b.1770(d.1853) married 1799 Marie SIMON (b.1782 d.1838) I then have a list of their 11 children and some decendents.

Any connections?
