We are the Kansas City Queeners, we hit a brick wall with my ggrandfather, William M or L Queener who refused to tell anyone his ancestry except one or two stories... My dad and his brother have been searching for decades, calling people with the same last name when they traveled...
I just got this program and have been gleaning for the family and my uncle and his wife are taking the info to their Independence Mo Library and getting documentation ...
But though I have found a lot of new relatives, we still cannot find William "Bill" M. Queeners parents
he was born in Fort Madision in April 1869, we believe they were traveling from Tennessee, to the Warrensburg, MO area.
thanks again
Patsy
