Hi Rick...sounds like an interesting discovery about the life-vest. Do you know what branch of the services and/or what country the Queenan you are looking for was involved in.

I too am researching Queenans and then a later derivation of the name when it changed to Queening. However, I definitely don't have anyone who could possibly know of the owner and/or family of the life vest.

If you learn more...I would indeed be interested.
