I will post this in short form here as I have posted at ancestry.com also. Grandfather John A. Queenen born 1896 England. His parents resided there at that time but originally from Sligo county Ireland. Grandfather had 13 siblings maybe two sets of twins, he was youngest. Married to "Rose" not divorced but re married (not legally). Thought to be children left with 1st wife. Emigrated to Canada aprox. 1924. Resided in Montreal then Windsor. Had one other older brother living in Montreal also. Two children from "2nd" marriage. Mavis now 78 born in England Bolton district was two when moved to Canada. My father born in Montreal 1936 deceased 1993. Grandad used to spell name with "an", changed but too long a story for here.
Interested in any additional as I am still researching also. Have info from my fathers earlier search and will update when files found ; also will be interviewing Aunt Mavis.
