Kep Queen died Nov 17, 1888 in Vinita, Indian Territory, near Claremore in the Cherokee Nation. States he was from Texas & Colorado

There is only one tree on Ancestry that has Victor listed with any death information. It’s a public tree and contains the following:

Son of Elias Gipson Queen & Martha Jane Boren

Born abt 1871 – Ark
1880 Census lived in Lampasa, TX
Died 13 Dec 1904

Doesn’t list any other info about him – you may try and contact the tree owner to inquire where they got the death information from.
