Wife of Charles (Mac)Queen of Gnatty Creek, (W)VA, 1750s

Just recently on the web I have seen posts stating that the wife of the first Charles Queen [formerly MacQueen?] was named Cuba Frazee. This was the first time I had ever seen anything about Charles' wife. Is there any documentary proof of this statement? Where did this information come from? I can't seem to find anything more about this alleged Cuba Frazee. Would they have been married in Ireland or Scotland...or in this country? Supposedly she took their son Charles Jr. back to England/Scotland/Ireland [??] after Charles' death in the 1750s. Charles Jr. is said to have returned to Virginia in the 1770s, after he had served in the British army. True? Not true? How do we know this?

It seems to be known that the son, Charles Queen, Jr. was married to May or Mary Haley, and this couple are the ancestors of most of the Queens in that area of what is now West Virginia. I descend from their son, Levi, who married Catherine Coburn [widow Lowther] in 1802.

It would be wonderful to get some sort of proof of all of these stories.
