I have read through several of the messages posted here and I am curious about the ones that claim that Petter and Anna Quattlebaum are the original ones that came over from Germany pre-Revolutionary war.....it has always been my understanding from my family that we were from Holland....my grandfather called us 'Black Dutch'....i don't really know what that means and don't have any records of where we might have come from.....
