On 12 October 1795 Andrew Quartermaine married Mary Atkins in Aston Rowant.
Their first child was a girl - she was christened Jane on 13 October 1799, but she did not survive and was buried on 23rd October. Their next child was also a girl, and was also christened Jane - that was on 7 December 1800 as you said. The only other child in the PR with Andrew and Mary listed as parents is Francis baptised on 7 February 1806. I don't know who the John could be (unless I missed it when I was looking for Quartermain(e)s in the PR).
