Louise, my name is Don Staley and I saw your posting regarding the community of Qualls, Oklahoma being named after your grandfather William Alfred Qualls. My mother was a Qualls and grew up near Ada, Oklahoma. I have been researching the Qualls line for a few years and had the opportunity to visit the Qualls community a few months ago.
I have a William Alfred Qualls son on Robert A. Qualls in my file but not sure if this is the right one. I don't have any information on Robert's parents but do have a fairly substantial Qualls file. I would certainly be interested if you have more information that you are willing to share on the William Alfred side of the family assuming this is the correct one. I would also share any information I have with you.
