Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Besse's Collection of the Sufferings of the People called Quakers (both volumes) is available online!

Getting to it can be a bit tricky.

Go to

http://dqc.esr.earlham.edu:8080/xmlmm/search

Near the top of the screen is a drop-down menu that has "All" as part of a drop-down menu. Type the word "Sufferings" in the box to the right.

Next, further down on the page, find the box for "Authors."

Select "Besse" from the drop-down list.

Click "Submit Search."

And voila!!

Click on the book icon in front of the volume you want!

Good luck!

Pat
