There are many mentions of the surname Hoge, in the Redstone meeting, but without some given names there's no way to know if they're who you're seeking, or not. I did find this, which may be who you're seeking...(remember, more is always better, in genealogy...a wife and children's names tells much more that the word "family")

1789, 4, 25 Hoge, John and w Mary and ch Wm, Jonathan, Jacob, rocf Hopewell MM dt 1788, 11,3.
In the introduction to the records, John and Mary Hoge are listed as early members.
As the above John and Mary came from the Hopewell meeting, in Frederick Co, VA, so I looked in those records. John and Mary with ch, Wm, Jonathan, Jacob came to the Hopewell meeting in 1788, from the Westland meeting. In 1780 John Hoge and w Mary & son Wm had been at the Fairfax Va meeting.

John Hoge of Frederick Co, s Wm and wife, married Mary Jenkins of Hampshire Co, dau of Jacob Jenkins 1778....(I have a great deal of info on the Jenkins line, as it is my own...through a sibling of Mary.)

Without knowing if these are the people you're looking for, or any given names, I'll wait for further data from you, before typing in a bunch of data you may not want.
