Nathan COX and Sarah Ann DAVIS
Posted by: Dava Cox Eastwood (ID *****0774) Date: September 25, 2010 at 18:50:08

Nathan and Sarah Ann (Davis) COX lived in Randolph Co., Ind. Married 1844. He may have attended the White River MM with parents Joshua and Margaret (Mooney) Cox.
Nathan was a Quaker and may have been disowned for marrying out of the faith. Sarah converted to Methodist-Episcopalian before the married in a civil ceremony. I have not been able to find information on her parents. She was born in Indiana, and on the census' says that her parents were from North Carolina. I don't know if she was a Quaker at birth.
Any ideas on her parents?
Thanks Dava dceastwood@cox.net
