Yes, I found the Minutes on-line, although I can't find the address right now. I will post later if I still have it. This is the only verifiable information that I have right now.

What is your source for the name Samuel? Several researchers use that name, but I haven't found any evidence other than the MM Minutes which call him William.

So frustrating! The man just pops up and then disappears, and I can't determine yet where he came from or when/where he died.
